The PDFowo timetable maker lets you build your week in minutes: pick a template, click subjects into the boxes, and the lesson times are calculated for you. - Pick a template
Classic, pastel, notebook, chalkboard, space and more. Switching templates keeps the lessons you have entered.
- Add your lessons
Choose a subject from the list and click the timetable boxes, or drag it onto a box. Clicking a box opens a small editor for the room and teacher.
- Set the times
Enter the start of the first lesson and the length of lessons and breaks, and all the times appear automatically.
- Download and print
Save a PDF in A4, A3 or A5, open it for printing or download a PNG sized for your phone.

Handy shortcuts
- drag a lesson onto another box to move it, or hold Ctrl to copy it
- right-click clears a box
- Ctrl+Z undoes a change, Ctrl+Y redoes it

Choose the “Phone” size and download a PNG. It has the proportions of a smartphone screen, so you can set it as your wallpaper or lock screen right away.
Frequently asked questions
Is the timetable maker free?
Yes. You can download and print as many timetables as you like, with no account and no watermark. The small pdfowo.pl label in the corner can be switched off in the Style tab.
Will my timetable be saved?
Yes, it is saved automatically in your browser, so it is still there when you come back. Background photos are not saved and need to be added again.
Can I add my own subjects and colours?
Yes. Add any subject and pick its colour; the pencil next to a name lets you rename it, change its colour or remove it from the timetable.
Is my background photo uploaded?
No. The photo is processed in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
